This month, AIGA Cincinnati is asking you to treat yourself – and take a stand for mental health. Share your own struggles or what steps you are taking towards better mental health with us and you will be eligible for prizes from our community partners. Not sure where to start? We’ll be posting resources and activities throughout the month – join the discussion for more chances to win!

3 Ways to Win:

  1. Tell us about your mental health journey on the Facebook event page
  2. Fill out the Google Form here
  3. Write down what you are doing and bring it in to one of AIGA’s May events

Official Rules: While every creative is welcome to participate, only current AIGA members are eligible to win. To enter, share anything you struggle with or any step you are taking towards cultivating better mental health, which can be as simple as getting enough sleep for a week or as ambitious as seeking treatment for a more serious problem. You’ll get one entry for each new post on the “do good for yourself” event page, Google form fill out, or physical form turned in at any of our may events. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can turn in, but each entry must be a unique and honest account of your personal mental health journey. Winners will be chosen at random at the end of the month and informed in June. Answers may be used to develop better programming: personal information will never be collected or given out for any purposes other than to inform the winners.
