Our personal values guide our decision-making every day, including important decisions at work. About a Stranger kolektiv‘s founder, Ruzanna Rozman:
I’m a designer, a teacher, a drummer, a person.
My own design practice has evolved (and continues to evolve) into the strange process that it is today. I love the nuances of my practice because they’re so weirdly unique to me, and over time, I started to see the beauty of the weird nuances in other designers’ practices too.
We don’t usually get to take advantage of our own uniqueness to inform our design decisions in professional settings. I’d like to change that. I believe that, if given that opportunity, our work can expand beyond what we thought was possible, naturally creating more of the connections that are important to us.
