Digital apps and devices are ubiquitous, and help us all get through our busy days but have you ever stopped to think that these tools may not be as intuitive and easy for everybody to use? Join us for a lively and inspirational discussion and hands-on session where we will learn about accessibility and inclusive design in a new way. We have a fun and interactive way to engage in empathy exercises designed to give you a first-hand experience of what it’s like for impaired users of digital tools. You will come away with a new appreciation and perspective to incorporate into your future design solutions. Light lunch will be provided.
This session will be led by the Openfield UX Research and Accessibility Team :
- Sarah Freitag, Research Lead
- Julee Peterson, Accessibility Lead
