Studies have proven beyond doubt that making something look good makes it effectively taste better. Is that why we share beautiful food content so much? What is the "it" factor for food to go over the line from a basic meal to art? Join the AIGA Cincinnati creative community for a charcuterie building workshop where we’ll explore the intersection between art and food with local meats, cheeses, and accoutrements.
Chef Adam Reed of Forno Osteria + Bar will walk us through the different tastes, history, and best usage of the meats and cheeses while explaining the art and design of building your own board. Wine will be available for purchase by the glass, and vegetarian options are available for the class.
