Our first in-person event since the start of the pandemic! AIGA Cincinnati is pleased to partner with 1628 Ltd. to provide a full day of coworking, crit and coffee!
The WFH (work from home) life has had us isolated from each other as we learned to be productive at home and figure out video conferencing tools. Although WFH has its perks, we have felt the impact of the lack of in-person interactions that are foundational to getting feedback and improving upon our design work.
Coworking, Crit & Coffee is an all-day event at 1628 Ltd. where you can spend some time working (on whatever you’d like!) and get some critique and peer reviews. In the morning, we will start by sharing our goals for the day and everyone will receive a tour of the 1628 Ltd. space. Whether you join us all day or just for a few hours, we will organize touchpoints throughout the day for you to receive and contribute feedback. Free Deeper Roots coffee, tea, and snacks are available, provided by 1628 Ltd. Lunch from Currito is optional (not included) and available by order at the front desk to be delivered to 1628 Ltd.
Ticket Info
There is a limit of 30 participants at the venue at any given time. There are four 2-hour time slots available for you to reserve. Please reserve tickets for as many time slots as you'd like. If you would like to stay for the whole day, please reserve tickets for all four time slots.
There is no charge to attend the event. If you are signed up and find yourself unable to attend, please release the ticket before the event so that others may participate.
Safety Info
The safety of our community members is our top priority. Masks are strongly recommended for when you are walking within the 1628 Ltd. space but you may take them off once you are in a working spot. We will ensure regular cleaning schedules throughout the day. Masks and hand sanitizers will be available at the front desk of 1628 Ltd.
Parking Info
Parking is available at the Garfield Garage for $6/day and at the Gramercy Elm Street Garage for $7/day, as well as paid street parking.
