Let’s take a deep breath, decompress, reflect, and combat the mental health challenges we face as designers. This full-day event will begin with breakfast bites, a peaceful and calming yoga session followed by an open forum discussion. Later, we'll learn about mental health and mindfulness as we enjoy a healthy lunch together. Pones Inc. dance collective will show us how to express creativity through movement. A special hands-on workshop will rejuvenate your creative and artistic talents. Finally, we’ll close out the day with keynote speaker Gemma Correll.
