It’s Creatives On Call’s quarterly Freelancer’s Office Party, but with a special twist! This time it’s a joint event with AIGA Cincinnati’s 8th annual Design Week, a multiple-day celebration made up of workshops, panel discussions, speaking events, and of course, great connections.

For this FLOP, we’re going to have a delicious luncheon for our freelance community at 3 Points Brewery, an art-centric spot in OTR. Have lunch on us, and maybe a few beers! Cory, Creative On Call’s in-house financial advisor, will present a simple, casual and engaging workshop with some solid advice. We’ll learn financial tricks and tips for staying afloat during the ups and downs of business ownership and freelancing. Plus, you’ll have a chance to network, enjoy lunch, have a beer, listen to Cory, and have the opportunity to ask him and the Creatives On Call recruiters questions! As a bonus, we will be providing IRL physical takeaways to help you get financially organized and making smart money moves!

About the Speaker

Cory Cevasco, Controller at Creatives On Call

Cory Cevasco is a Financial Services Director and Controller with Creatives On Call. He is excited to talk to freelancers and small business owners about some of his passions which also include cash management, budgeting, networking, business training, and strategic analysis. Extensively experienced and goal-oriented, Cevasco demonstrates a track record of leading the preparation and analysis of financial reports to summarize and forecast financial position. Cory has proven mastery in driving efficiency and productivity through the creation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements. Additionally, he is an entrepreneur with 13 years in real estate and property management. When he is not counting beans for Creatives On Call, he enjoys the outdoors and being active with his three sons (ages 10, 6, 2) and his wife of 13 years.
